「三菱地所設計」(Mitsubishi Jisho Design)」是日本歷史最悠久的綜合型服務建築公司,其前身為三菱社 (Mitsubishi Company) 為開發日本第一個商業區所開設的丸之內建築所 (Marunouchi Architectural Office)。
「tyfa」是由藤貴彰 (Takaaki Fuji) 和藤悠子 (Yuko Fuji) 創立的建築設計工作室。

灣窗塔樓
此設計結合住家和辦公室,坐落於新舊街景共存的都市小型建地上。設計理念是想打造出能隨著時間適應各種用途的舒適空間。此設計是以日本類似家具的法定規格為靈感,從上到下大量使用凸窗,這些窗戶能在日常生活中發揮多種功能。
這棟建築物的八角形營造出小型溫馨的角落空間,並為鄰近建物帶來光線充足和通風的優點。利用模擬幫助改善窗戶配置,控制光線、通風和溫度。外層隔熱材使用炭化軟木環保材料,減少熱負荷。
鋼骨結構能透過凸窗的窗框分散地震作用力,多面體造型可實現靈活的開口配置,同時控制偏心作用。
所選用的材料能優雅呈現陳年效果,隨著時間為建築物增添韻味。內部裝潢採用木材、雲母灰泥牆以及塗了 Ferrodor 塗漆的鋼材組件,會逐漸形成細膩光澤。
這棟凸窗建築整合人類行為、微氣候、結構並將附近的窗戶納入考量,打造出舒適的生活空間。
BAY WINDOW TOWER HOUSE
A combined home and office was designed on a small urban plot where old and new streetscapes coexist. The concept was to create a comfortable space that could adapt to various uses over time. The design employs bay windows throughout, inspired by their furniture-like legal dimensions in Japan. These windows serve multiple functions in daily life.
The building's octagonal shape creates pocket spaces at corners, benefiting neighboring properties with light and air. Simulations helped optimize window placement for light, ventilation, and thermal control. Carbonized cork, an eco-friendly material, was used for exterior insulation to reduce heat load.
The steel frame structure distributes seismic forces through the bay window frames. The polyhedron shape allows for flexible opening placements while controlling eccentricity.
Materials were chosen to age gracefully, adding to the building's charm over time. The interior features wood, mica-plastered walls, and Ferrodor-painted steel parts that will develop a subtle shine.
This tower of bay windows integrates human behavior, microclimate, structure, and consideration for neighboring windows, creating a comfortable living space.
圓度艙
這間三口之家房屋的占地面積約 5.5 平方公尺。正面馬路預定會拓寬,而房屋是使用可在居家修繕商店購買的標準建材建成,因此可輕鬆拆除並安置到新地點。這間房屋經過分析納入了海陸風的影響,並安裝三具高側燈。外牆使用日本 Spanish mackerel 加工處理,能提供優秀的防水和防潮效果。
Circularity Cabin
A house for a family of three with a footprint of approximately 5.5m square. The front road is scheduled to be widened, and the house was built with standard materials that can be purchased at a home improvement store so that it can be easily dismantled and relocated. The house was analyzed to incorporate sea and land breezes, and three high sidelights were installed. The exterior walls were finished with Japanese Spanish mackerel, which has excellent water and moisture resistance.
風的故事01
我設計的這款堆疊椅凳可因應席地而坐或坐椅子的兩種需求。單張座椅的外型看起來就像是藤編椅墊,坐下時空氣還是能自由流通。只要將兩張、三張或四張椅凳堆疊起來,就能變換成矮凳、普通椅凳或高腳凳。為了顧及全球時代的多元生活方式,這個靈活的設計能透過堆疊同時滿足席地而坐或坐椅子的兩種習慣。這是一款具環保意識的椅子,因此我選用如木頭和藤的天然材料。考慮到全球暖化,我設計的這款座椅能在與人體肌膚接觸時保留空氣和通風。形狀重複的分層外觀讓我聯想到如五重塔的日式建築。因此我將這件設計取名為代表樓層之意的「Stories」。要將整個表面用藤包覆並讓外觀看不到木頭架構相當有挑戰性,這件設計就是傳統日本家具工藝的證明。此外,這款椅子銷售額裡的設計師費用將會投入環保活動。
Wind Stories 01
I conceived a stacking stool that can accommodate both floor sitting and chair sitting. Each individual seat has a shape like a cushion woven with rattan, which allows air to pass through comfortably when seated. By stacking two, three, or four together, they can be used as a low stool, regular stool, or high stool respectively. To respect the diverse lifestyles of the global era, it has the flexibility to support both floor and chair sitting through stacking. As it's a chair for the era of environmental consciousness, I chose natural materials such as wood and rattan. Considering the era of global warming, I designed the seat to hold air and allow wind to pass through when in contact with human skin. The repetitive and layered appearance of the same shape reminded me of Japanese-style architecture like five-story pagodas. Hence, I named it "Stories," which also refers to the number of floors. Covering the entire surface with rattan without showing the wooden frame on the outside is actually quite challenging. It's a testament to the skill of traditional Japanese furniture craftsmen. Additionally, from the sales of this chair, the designer's fee will be allocated to environmental conservation activities.
世界廚餘茶館
「世界廚餘茶屋」是全球首間以廚餘作為建材並將其融入結構之中的茶屋,「威尼斯茶屋」是專為 2023 年威尼斯雙年展完成的設計,使用當地的廚餘製成,以義大利麵做成乾燥連接零件,再以咖啡渣為材料做成地板。製成這個形狀是為了配合威尼斯所在的北緯 45 度位置,能適當地調整太陽輻射。此設計可隨著世界各地的廚餘和緯度做調整,創造出讓人產生情感連結和舒適效果的空間。在同年十一月的杜拜設計週則是展出「阿拉伯茶屋」,我們計畫持續在全球推廣這個概念。
World-Food Waste Teahouse
"World-Food Waste Teahouse" is the world's first tea house that uses food waste as a building material, incorporating it as part of the structure. The "Veneti-An Teahouse" was created for the 2023 Venice Biennale, using local food waste - pasta as dry-joint parts and coffee as flooring material. Its form was generated to match Venice's latitude of 45 degrees, appropriately adjusting solar radiation. It can create spaces that generate attachment and comfort anywhere in the world, adapting to local food waste and latitude. In November of the same year, the "Arabi-An Teahouse" was created for Dubai Design Week. We plan to continue expanding this concept worldwide.
海邊日式飯店
這是專為一間海邊傳統日式旅館上方樓層打造的翻新設計。我們以城鎮景觀為元素,使其間接融入整個空間中,並將建築物本身打造成將目光帶向海洋的背景,以此達到讓大海成為主焦點的目的。儘管房間的主要光源來自北邊的海洋,但大海就像是均勻擴散的表面,能發揮將光線放大的作用,因此整個房間相當明亮。為了控制及保留南北流向的風,我們使用常見的野草蘆葦設計出能讓風流通的蘆葦障子(日式拉門)。
Japanese Style Hotel along Seaside
This is a renovation of the top floor of a ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) located along the seaside.
To make the sea the main focus, we indirectly incorporated the townscape as an element in the space, while the architecture itself remains as a background that directs attention towards the sea.
The main source of light is the north-facing sea side, but the room is sufficiently bright due to the amplification of the sea's light, which acts as an almost uniformly diffused surface.
To control and capture the north-south wind, we used reeds, a common wild grass, as a building material and devised reed shoji screens that allow wind to pass through.
