本公司為一間充滿設計能量之設計顧問公司，設計總監向祖民畢業於國立臺灣師範大學設計學系研究所，並任教於銘傳大學商業設計學系及世新大學圖文傳播學系，擁有豐富完整的設計資歷，作品曾獲多項國內外設計大獎如Communication Arts美國傳達藝術設計獎年度設計獎、美國IDA國際設計獎銀獎與榮譽獎、TiGDA臺灣國際平面設計獎入圍、Taiwan Top Star視覺設計獎優異獎、金點新秀設計獎入圍、時報金犢獎優選、放視大賞入圍等設計獎項。
主要服務範疇為平面設計、品牌設計、產品模型設計等商業設計專案與設計諮詢，並透過專案訂製的方式為客戶打造整體品牌概念。
MinZhi Design ConsultancyOur company is a design consultancy filled with creative energy. Design Director Tsu-min Hsiang graduated from the Department of Design at National Taiwan Normal University and has taught at the Department of Design at Ming Chuan University and the Department of Graphic Communication at Shih Hsin University. He brings a wealth of design expertise, with his works receiving recognition through various international and domestic awards, including the Annual Design Award at Communication Arts, California, USA, Silver Award and Honorable Mention at International Design Awards, a finalist at Taiwan International Graphic Design Award, Award of Excellence at Taiwan Top Star, a finalist at Golden Pin Design Award, Honorable Mention at International Times Young Creative Awards, and finalist at Vision Get Wild.
Our primary services include graphic design, brand design, product model design, and other commercial design projects and consultations. Through custom-tailored projects, he helps clients develop comprehensive brand concepts.

雙十桃花 滿園綻放
2023年桃園市國慶月，透過國旗、雙十及桃花的融合，綻放桃園在地特色。 翻閱桃園，會找到移民遍植桃樹的歷史，而桃花就此成為桃園的代表。現如今桃園已是文化交集地，有閩南、客家、原住民以及新住民等，在文化交融以及時代演進下，桃園已匯聚許多不同的特色，而我們共同生活在這塊土地上，都希望自己的家園能夠不斷繁榮興盛，不斷綻放自己的光芒。 因此活動主題藉由國慶，期許桃園能夠繼續綻放，雙十桃花，滿園綻放。

2023 National Day in Taoyuan
Double Ten peach blossoms bloom in the garden
In Taoyuan City’s National Day Month in 2023, Taoyuan’s local characteristics bloom through the integration of the national flag, Double Ten and peach blossoms. Looking through Taoyuan, you will find the history of immigrants planting peach trees, and peach blossoms have become the representative of Taoyuan. Nowadays, Taoyuan is a place where cultures meet, including Southern Fujian, Hakka, aboriginal and new residents. With the blending of cultures and the evolution of the times, Taoyuan has gathered many different characteristics. As we live together on this land, we all hope that we can Our home can continue to prosper and shine. Therefore, the theme of the event is based on the National Day, hoping that the peach garden will continue to bloom, and the Double Ten peach blossoms will bloom in the garden.

朝露體
從露水出發，於清晨，偶然發現停在葉子上水珠滑落有如我們寫字時的運筆快而強勁，而停在葉上的點點都是下筆前的醞釀。 露珠形態雖會隨著各因素而有所不同，但每從葉子上滑落的瞬間都如大自然每一次的運筆，凝結、滾動時的形象則是每一次的筆畫，而朝露體正是想模擬這個來自大自然的語言。 朝氣凝結成霧，霧結成露珠，停在葉上。

Starting from the dew, in the early morning, I accidentally discovered that the water droplets falling on the leaves are just like the fast and strong pen we use when writing, and the dots that stop on the leaves are the preparation before writing. Although the shape of dewdrops will vary depending on various factors, the moment they slip from the leaves is like every stroke of nature's brush, and the image when it condenses and rolls is like every stroke. The morning dew body is exactly what we want to simulate. This language comes from nature. The vitality condenses into fog, and the fog condenses into dewdrops, which stop on the leaves.

符號的獨白
留給符號最純粹的話語權，給文字呼吸的空間。每句話中交雜著符號，講述文字與符號間最微妙的一個停頓留白的空間。利用了線條去講述符號在文字間中扮演的角色，話語間最常使用到的標點符號為逗號、頓號、句號，每個標點符號在文字間都是會說話的，有時候停下來看，會發現接下來是想不到的意外驚喜。

The Monodrama of Marks
Leave symbols the purest right to speak and give words room to breathe. Each sentence is mixed with symbols, telling the most subtle pause and blank space between words and symbols. Lines are used to describe the role of symbols in words. The most commonly used punctuation marks in words are commas, pauses, and periods. Each punctuation mark can speak in words. Sometimes you stop and look at it. You will find that what follows is an unexpected surprise.

POWER UP!桃園青年力
希望透過青年向上的力量來展現桃園市青年想傳遞給大眾的形象。以多變的線條來講述科技所帶來的改變，形狀以紙捲成大聲公以及色塊對話框的概念，藉此傳遞青年勇於發聲，不畏改變，並以活潑的構圖以及多變的形狀強調向上的力量，以粉、橘色為主，將其活潑、青年意象表現出來，並透過漸變的藍及綠色的線條來增強科技感，讓大眾感受不一樣的桃園市政府青年事務局。

Taoyuan Youth POWER UP
We hope to use the upward power of youth to show the image that the youth of Taoyuan City want to convey to the public. The changes brought about by science and technology are told with changeable lines. The shape is made of paper rolled into loudspeakers and color block dialog boxes, thereby conveying the courage of young people to speak out and not being afraid of change, and using lively compositions and changeable shapes. Emphasizing the upward power, pink and orange are the main colors to express its lively and youthful image. Gradient blue and green lines are used to enhance the sense of technology, allowing the public to experience the different Taoyuan City Government Youth Affairs Bureau.

現今地球已面臨許多不同的問題，我們需時刻關心我們自己生活周遭的環境，但再這樣的情況之下，如何以設計的角度思考來幫助地球，展望永續的未來，是非常急切的。因此海報以不同的角度思考現今不同的問題，希望藉由視覺刺激觀者，進而反思社會及地球所需。
Today, the earth is facing many different problems. We need to always care about the environment around us. However, under such circumstances, it is very urgent to think about how to help the earth from a design perspective and look forward to a sustainable future. Therefore, the posters think about different issues today from different angles, hoping to visually stimulate viewers to reflect on the needs of society and the earth.
